Masak-memasak di hari Sabtu

Semalam Eny adalah sangat rajin. Well bab memasak aje lah. Bab mengemas dia adalah pemalas. Rumah tu dah rupa apa tak tau la nak cakap. Kalau ada orang buat spot check rumah macam masa DPA dulu yang suka buat spot check bilik confirm dah kantoi. Hahaha......

Anyway, I didn't take any breakfast tapi start from lunch memang macam-macam makan. Before I made my lunch, I buat muffin dulu. Orange poppy seed muffin. I suka buat muffin ni sebab super-duper easy since I bought the ready made mixture from Yummies. Oh talking about Yummies ni kan, this shop has become my must go shop jugak. Imagine last 2 weeks I went there for 3 times in a week. And for that 3 visit, I spend almost RM400 altogether membeli all kind of baking materials. Serius ketagih ok.

Since I kind of rajin in taking step by step photos so here it is. First is Orange Poppy Seed Muffin.

Pour the mixture in a bowl. Ok don't ask me what is the ingredients sebab I seriously tak tau.

Add in corn oil, egg and water

Mixed it

Put into muffin cups and bake at 120 Celsius for 20 minutes. Lebih kurang la. Sometimes shorter sometimes longer

Done! Jemput makan....

Don't worry. I didn't ate all 9 piece of the muffin. I gave half to Fadroy and Dayah. As for lunch, I seriously tak tau nak masak apa. Lagipun since I tak de transport, I can't go to Pasar Tani to top up my fresh groceries. Actually kalau nak kata tak de benda nak masak kat rumah I tu adalah quite an under statement sebab those yang pernah tengok my kitchen knows how I kept my food stocks. Dah macam mini kedai runcit gitu.

Tapi macam biasa la each time nak makan I mesti macam blank tak tau nak makan apa. So lepas gode-gode the fridge I tengok ada la a few vege's. Oh tetibe I teringat yang I teringin nak makan steamed mixed vege's with oyster sauce. Selalu makan kat hotel je. Kalau kat kedai biasa I jarang amik lauk ni. Googled for the recipe tapi macam tak jumpa. So apa kata kita buat experiment sikit. I tau how to cook sawi yang kecik tu with oyster sauce so maybe boleh guna kaedah yang sama la kot kan.

Ok selingan sikit. To be honest, I seriously tak tau nama-nama makanan or cooking ingredients ni. Like almost semua la tak tau. Ni baru nak belajar sikit-sikit. I can't remember when but it was years ago kot. I pernah tengok satu buku kat MPH on ingredients ni. Ada almost semua nama makanan with photos and some explanation. Ada types of pasta la, meat and poultry, vege's, herbs and semualah. Sort of cooking dictionary gitu. Kira kalau tengok recipe and tak tau apa benda tu just selak the book and confirm jumpa. Even belacan pun ada ok. Sekarang ni cari-cari dah tak de la buku tu. Menyesal pulak tak beli masa first time jumpa tu. So ada sape-sape yang boleh suggest buku macam ni yang best tak. Ok sambung cerita masak for lunch. I nak masak steamed vege's with oyster sauce menggunakan recipe macam masak sawi kecik tu. By the way, apa nama sawi kecik tu eh? Baby sawi ke? Again mood terlebih rajin so ada la step by step cooking. Macam poyo pun ada kan. Hahaha..... So here's my steamed vege's with oyster sauce.

Baby corn. Ye ke baby corn eh? Semua nak letak nama baby eh. Hehehe....

Sayur yang telah dipotong. I sucked at cutting vege's ni tau. Belasah je lah kan. I je pun yang nak makan

Steam it. I tak de steamer khas so I guna kuali and dulang steamer. Eh, steamer la jugak tu kan. Hehehe....

Fry the garlic till brown and then add oyster sauce. Kalau untuk baby sawi tu, I keluarkan the garlic, put into bekas and baru add the oyster sauce. Tapi this time I masuk sekali oyster sauce dalam kuali. Merecik-recik ok. So tak de la gambar oyster sauce dalam kuali.

Tuang atas sayur and gaulkan bagi sebati. I add a dash of black pepper.

The verdict; Although rasanya tak la sama macam yang I makan kat hotel tu tapi boleh la nak makan. Licin je I belasah. Lepas makan keluar shopping dengan Fadroy kat Alamanda. Hadiah untuk Dik Man dah beli. Untuk Ayum, Hayat and Zakiah aje lagi. Eh dengan myself sekali la. Hehehe.... Oh I saw a pretty nice wallet kat Sembonia. Almost the same like the one I am using now. Cumanya yang sekarang I guna brand lelaki punya; Smalto. Hahaha.... I'm not into ladies wallet yang besar or fancy-fancy tu. I suka yang plain, simple and small. Nak beli ke tidak eh? Wallet I still ok cuma ada koyak sikit je kat dalam tu. Hmmmm......

Anyway, balik from shopping Fadroy lepak rumah I dulu and tetibe buat decision untuk masak dinner at my place terus. She wanted to cook sotong masak hitam or something. Sambil dia masak her dishes, I buat potato salad tapi malas la nak amik pic dah. Lenkali aje lah ye. Then I masak cabbage with oyster sauce pulak. Just goreng bawang merah and putih, masukkan oyster sauce, masukkan cabbage and walla dah siap untuk dimakan. Fadroy kata sedap. Hehehe..... Alhamdulillah. As for her sotong masak hitam tu, actually I macam tak pernah makan sebelum ni so tak tau nak kata sedap ke tidak tapi ok la boleh je makan. So sedap la kot. Bagus lenkali datang lagi ye untuk main masak-masak at my place.

Tidur dalam kekenyangan I semalam. And today again I tak tau nak masak apa for lunch. For breakfast tadi I makan banana, muffin and segelas fresh milk. Menu sihat ke tidak tu eh? Most probably I masak sardin or buat nasi goreng aje lah kot. Ni dah ada recipe book ni nanti boleh la try kan. Again, thanks Cik Yanti for the book. Balik rumah last Friday terus baca tau. Nanti dah pandai masak all the juadah I bagi you rasa ye. So lepas ni nak collect cooking book la pulak. Hehehe.....

Oh bak choy ke nama dia? Tak sedapnya nama. Baby sawi lagi sedap. Haha...

Sayur adalah must have item in my fridge ok. Boleh buat macam-macam dishes with it. Macam la aku reti sangat nak masak pun kan. Haha...

sawi kecik tu kt sini pulak omputih tulis pakchoi..shedap celur kejap, then tuang sos oyster cm ko but ni kt atas sayur celur tu..ada dlm blog i..

muffin tu dah try mix perisa choc chip? sedap giler..org yg berniaga beli dah siap je, diorg beli seguni2 yg in kilo punye..tauke kedai tu yg bitau =)

Oh ada eh. Nak kena try la beli yang tu pulak. Hari tu tengok ada 3 perisa je; orange poppy seed, bluberry n kiwi. Next trip confirm nak kena beli. Haha...
