Future baking project

Wah macam sibuk aje sampai tak sempat nak update blog ni semalam. Haha bukan apa, I was a bit pening after not having enough sleep due to the pillow talk that was continuing until 4am. Although lepas tu mata mengantuk gila tapi I was still awake sampai la ke siangnya. Terus nauseous je rasa bila bangun. So lepas breakfast at mamak and a trip to Yummie, I lepak kat rumah aje tengok DVD sepanjang hari. By 9pm I dah masuk tidur.

Anyway, I wanted to share something I got from a friend for my birthday. Dah lama nak update tapi asyik la terdelay. I must have done something really good to deserve a friend as good as Puan K. Ok good is quite an understatement; she's one truly great friend that hard to come by. On my birthday, she gave me this.

Then last week she gave me this. Mula-mula agak bingung jugak melihat this 2 bottle

I know that I'm supposed to mix all this stuff and judging from the ingredients, it would be some cookies too

But what am I supposed to do with this? Mix this too and what will I get? Took me quite some times jugak before realizing that this is also part of the ingredients for the cookies. Quite funny ok bermonolog sorang-sorang about the 2 bottle

This would be the end result. A bit on the keras side but chewy and sedap jugak so this would be my next project

Thanks a bunch Puan K atas semua pemberian. Thank you so much for the creative gift. Sangat terharu dengan your effort. Will there be another gift after this? Hahaha......

Since this weekend nak buat birthday celebration for April and May babies, semalam I pegi Yummie and borong some stuff for the event. I plan to bake muffin so beli the cups and premix. Abah seems to really like the orange poppy seed ones but they have no stock of it so I bought strawberry and chocolate chips instead. Pegi Yummie memang boleh jadi gila nak borong semua ok. Thank God I'm not that good in baking yet. Kalau la I ni stok yang terer buat all kind of deserts like cakes, cookies, muffin, cupcakes and whatnot, mest I dah pegi Yummie tu macam pegi kedai runcit kan. Hari-hari nak pegi. So this is what I bought yesterday.

7kg of muffin premix; 3kg for blueberry, 2 kg each for strawberry and choc chip, 1kg of imported choc chip (ada beza ke yang imported and not?), dark cocoa powder and 6 bottle of vanilla essence. The vanilla essence is for my mom and her friend.

And this too. 400pc of muffin cups. I paling tak tahan tengok the cup section. Semua pun cute-cute aje mintak dibeli. Hehehe......

So this coming weekend I'll be busy baking muffins. Might bake a cheesecake too. Tak sabar pulak nak balik. Mesti syok masak banyak-banyak ni. Anyway, one of the vase that I bought at IKEA telah ada gunanya. Lepas ni kena belajar la mendeco-deco rumah pulak. Nanti dah terer, boleh la jadi macam Eric Leong.

After this nak beli pasu banyak-banyak and tanam pokok banyak-banyak jugak. Biar kasi hijau aje rumah ni. Baru lah segar aje suasana. Sape-sape yang terer bab mendeco rumah tu sila-silalah kongsi idea and tips sama ye.

Ok dah pening, penat and nak tido. Cerita hari ini yang sangat lah sibuk akan di cerita esok. Tadi ada lepak session with friends. So kepada yang berkenaan, sila upload gambar dengan segera ye sebab I nak cilok. Hehehe......
