Correct way to cook instant noodles

Nak tau what I had for iftar yesterday? Maggi mee. Hahaha.... Konon takut nak makan la sangat kan. Tak de maknanya. Seharian kat office memang dok teringat nak makan maggi je. Punyalah pelik. Dalam banyak-banyak makanan, maggi jugak yang I teringin eh. Oh tapi I cook my maggi according to one email I got on how to cook instant noodles the correct way. Tapi ni bukan stok letak macam-macam ni sebab I suka makan maggi yang kosong aje.

Ok meh nak share sikit. Normally untuk pemalas-pemalas like me, we would boil some water, put the noodles into the boiled water, add on the flavoring and walla it can be eaten already. Now that is a wrong way to cook your instant noodles because boiling the MSG (in the flavoring) will change the molecule structure of the MSG and will caused it to be a toxic to our body. And the noodles are coated with food wax which will took our body around 4-5 days to excrete the wax. Pasal wax tu I dah lama tau. That's why kita tak boleh makan maggi hari-hari ye kawan-kawan. Kang penuh pulak wax dalam perut tu. Hehehe..... 

Anyway, lenkali bila nak makan maggi lagi, sila guna cara berikut untuk memasaknya ye.  
  1. Boil some water and add on the noodles.
  2. Once the noodles is cooked, throw away the water coz it contains wax. (Semalam I telah tengok the water betul-betul and nampak macam berminyak-minyak. I guess itulah kot the wax yang telah cair.)
  3. Boil another pot of water and put the noodles in there and turn off the stove. (I siap basuh dulu the noodles. Boleh gitu? Over tau. Hehehe....)
  4. Then only you add the flavoring to make the soup.
  5. If you want dry noodles just toss the noodles and add on the flavoring.
For those yang suka masak their maggi dengan segala macam ingredients like sayur dan sebagainya, you can use the same method jugak. Throw the water that was used to boil the noodles and just use another batch of boiled water.

Eating instant noodles adalah sangat tidak healthy. So semalam to cover the unhealthiness, I ate my maggi mee with fresh lettuce. Sedap jugak lah walaupun ada gangguan sedikit kepada rasa maggi itu. Tak kisah lah janji kenyang kan.  

Today nak makan apa lah pulak ye? Hish makruh ni pagi-pagi dah plan nak berbuka dengan apa. Hehehe......

Living on my own, I like to make simple dishes like these (aku tau kau x tanya tapi aku dalam mood nak bercerita & kau pun dok sorang. sharing is caring):

1. Maggie cintan perisa ayam cendawan. masak dengan shitake mushrooms, kacang buncis, telur dan cili padi potong. kadang2 letak sos tiram sikit. yum yum

2. garlic bread buat sendiri cicah dengan jeinz tomato soup, letak oregano lebih sikit.

3. sandwich telur letak salad, salami, mayo, sos cili, mustard, cheese, relish. pastikan cheese diletak atas telur yang baru dipaling supaya separuh cair.suami aku panggil 'sandwich penuh kasih sayang'.

Thanks for sharing. Sangat sedap dan mudah bunyinya. So silalah emelkan resepi on how to cook benda alah tu ye. Almaklum aku ni bab2 masak walaupun simple memanglah fail. Hehehe... Thanks in advance.

thanks eny sbb share benda ni..niat di hati nak kurangkan makan megi mmg dah lama sbb tau sangat x elok utk badan kan..

tapi dah namanya duduk di perantauan ni megi antara penyelamat jugak bila waktu2 kritikal (kdg2 x kritikal pun teringin jugak hehe)

so lepas ni boleh la kurangkan kesan sampingan makan megi tu yek =)

Betul tu. Kadang-kadang memang payah nak control ourself from taking hazardous foods ni. At least kalau kita tau how to reduce dia punya bad effect tu, kuranglah sikit kesan pada badan kan. Minimal effect gitu.....
