Semalam ada 2 event larian yang clash. NTV7 Feel Good Run and McDonald Olympic Day Run. Last year I join both but this year kena pilih salah satu so I registered for Feel Good Run. Compared to last year, tak ramai KKLW Runners yang dapat join due to many reason. Yang pasti ada 3 orang dah pegi DPA. Tapi tak pe sebab ada je geng baru yang akan join.
Last year, the event was held at Sri Pentas Bandar Utama. Semalam cuma starting line aje kat perkarangan Sri Pentas. Finishing line kat taman (alamak lupa pulak nama taman tu) but somewhere nearby la. Nak mencari parking punyalah susah so parking jelah kat tepi-tepi jalan tu. The response was overwhelming that by 4 weeks dah reached maximum runners. Nampak gayanya lepas-lepas ni tak boleh berlengah lagi kalau bab register ni.
There were 7 of us from KKLW Runners. Alizah and me joined the 3km run with celebrities category where else Edwin, Leen, Fatahah, Aizat and Taufik joined the 7km run. I memang akan opt for the shortest distance aje. Malas nak lari jauh-jauh. Tak larat pun ye jugak. Hehehe....

The fella in red memang sangat kelakar ok. Dah la dress up like a lady. Siap dengan handbag, lipstick and sarung kaki ok. Tapi kaki tak shave. Hahaha.... Paling tak boleh blah, he squeeze the boobs untuk betul-betulkan. Hish such an obscene sight ok. And because of the dress, ramai orang datang nak bergambar dengan the fella. Every time pun mesti posing peluk-peluk, ala-ala nak kiss and gedik-gedik sikit like letak jari kat bibir sambil buat muka ala-ala cute la. I asyik tergelak aje. Dah la I was standing very near them. Aiyooo tak boleh tahan ok. So funny....

Unlike last year, tak ramai pulak celebrities yang I nampak. Maybe sebab I kat belakang sangat kot. Even amsa berlari pun I slow so mesti tak boleh nampak those yang kat depan tu. Yang I nampak cuma Nurul Syuhada Nurul Ain the Majalah 3 host, Aidid Marcello (nampak belakang aje lah) and host Kids at Feel Good World tu. Sorilah nama tak tau.

Sampai kat finishing line terus dapat medal and cert. And Snickers and mineral water. As usual mesti kena cari 100plus dulu. I'm not a fan of carbonated drinks tapi kalau lepas berlari takat 2 cups (paper cups) of 100plus tu laju je I minum. I was alone masa amik goodies bag so malas la nak marayap sangat. Lagipun the condition of the field adalah sangat berlecak. Kotor kasut. Actually ada banyak je booth menarik.

Kalau masa SunMed Jogathon last year ada free Starbucks coffee, then semalam ada free San Francisco Coffee. Kalau SanFrans ni I suka mocha frappe dia. Kalau plain black coffee memang tak minum la. Lagipun Bang Long selalu je bawak balik the coffee so tak de la terasa teringin nak minum sangat. Tapi kalau ada milk mau jugak I beratur minum. Kalau plain black coffee baik buat sendiri kat rumah.
By the way, I kan try not to drink sweet drinks sekarang kan. Habis kuat pun minum ice lemon tea aje. Since I ada Starbucks card and dah lama tak minum frappe so last weekend masa keluar lunch I beli la satu. Lepas minum rasa full semacam lepas tu sepanjang malam tak boleh tidur. Padahal minum siang kot. It's either the caffeine or sebab lain. Yang tu nanti cerita. Sekali dengan cerita team-building. Hehehe.... Suspense la konon.

Ni lah time paling singkat stay kat sesuatu event. Habis berlari, amik goodies, duduk kejap amik gambar and tengok isi dalam goodies bag and terus balik. Maybe sebab tak de lucky draw kot. Nak explore pun tak de apa sangat yang menarik. Macam last year ada free flow ice-cream so semangat la jugak nak tunggu. Nampak sangat hantu ice-cream eh. Welll....... So tu yang terus balik tu.
Fatahah nak celebrate her daughter's birthday so dia tak join us the bujangs. Edwin, Leen, Alizah and me melepak kat Sunway Pyramid. Rasanya lepas ni tak mau dah lepak kat shopping complex lepas berlari kot. Satu kaki sakit sampai nak berjalan/berdiri pun tak larat. Dua sebab dah penat so mood nak bershopping pun tak de. Tapi dalam tak de mood tu sembat la merembat 1-2 barang. Dasar pemboros sangat tau.... Hahaha.....
We had our lunch at Chicken Hartz. Buffet style. Last la ni makan kat sana. Tak sedap langsung ok. last time I went there was in 2001 and makanan adalah banyak dan sedap. I don't know either I have since explore many other foods yang lebih sedap or the foods there was not like before. Rasanya the later kot. Even ice-cream pun tak de ok. Eh ice-cream lagi. Hihihi.... But seriously memang tak sedap pun. Macam tak berbaloi makanan dangan harga yang dibayar.
Reached home around 2pm. Rasa nak pengsan kepenatan. Dah la kena masak untuk potluck today. Adeh penat gila semalam. Yang lain-lain terus pengsan kot. Hehehe..... Till next run.....
