Kasut = T-shirt = Earth Hour

Yesterday without planning, I and Shikin ke Alamanda after work. Bosan tak tau nak buat ape so went to all shoe shop. Sekali masuk Primavera, I macam suka a few shoes ni. Macam tak pernah je I suka kat kasut Primavera ni so terfikir-fikir jugaklah either nak beli or not. Shikin pulak sekali sambar 2 terus. End up I didn’t buy anything pun. Lepas beli kasut jalan sana-sini pulak. And then masa Shikin went to took out some cash, I ternampak one big poster on Earth Hour thingy ni. The deal is you buy RM200 and above from any shop in Alamanda (except Carrefour) and you can claim an Earth Hour Limited Edition t-shirt. Wear it on 27th March and between 5.30pm to 7.30pm, you can claim a meal voucher worth RM50 from the concierge. Sounds interesting kan.

Told Shikin about it and we went to concierge to claim it. Itupun selepas ke Primavera untuk menuntut resit yang terlupa diberi sebelum itu. Isi borang and all and we have to pick it up on Friday sebab dah habis stock. While Shikin fill up the form, I consider back my decision on the shoes. Ok lah beli ajelah. Ni semua Earth Hour punya pasal ok. (Wah baik punya alasan). So went back to Primavera and bought 2 shoes. I think I have never own any pointed shoes sebab macam tak cantik aje kalau I pakai. Tapi semalam try-try and Shikin kata elok aje. Maybe I should own one to see whether memang sesuai or not. I have never consider myself as orang yang suka kat kasut sangat but nowadays, I keep buying shoes and more shoes. I have few shoes yang belum dipakai lagi. Few pulak sangat jarang dipakai. Bukan apa, hari-hari belasah kasut yang sama jugak sebab selesa. Ok after this kena belasah semua kasut tu jugak so that I won't feel too guilty sebab membazir. Beli tapi tak pakai. Memang sangat keji bunyinya tu.    

Keluar ngan Shikin ni walaupun berdua tapi kecohnya macam 10 orang ok. Macam nak roboh Primavera tu dengan gelak ketawa kitorang. Mamat sorang tu pun masyuk gak melayan. Ada je benda yang nak digelakkan. Although the jokes is coming out from me tapi si Shikin ni hah yang gelak macam nak pengsan. Lepas beli kasut and claim the shirt kat concierge, masuk MPH pulak. Dalam MPH pun kecoh gak kitorang ni. Padahal macam masuk library aje senyapnya sebelum tu. Actually I went there to show her books that she need to read for her coming PTK. I showed her the Tonggak 12 book that I bought earlier and stuff inside. Sape pernah baca buku Tonggak 12? Kelakar ok the do’ and the don’t. I remember one of the don’t: Bercakap dengan menggunakan perkataan bombastic. Haish itupun tak boleh ke? Apakah definition perkataan yang bombastic itu? This thing kan subjective. To some it might sound bombastic sebab tak pernah dengar but to some it sounded normal sebab hari-hari guna. But seriously I think Tonggak 12 tu with all the do’s and the don’t, kalau difahami dan diamalkan. memang cemerlang, gemilang dan terbilanglah penjawat awam di Malaysia yang tercinta ni. OK dah melalut pulak.

Anyway, this coming Friday we’re going to claim our shirt and wear it on Saturday. Last year I was at home aje during Earth Hour. My family was around so together we stayed in dark at home. Last-last semua tertido sebab tak tau nak buat ape. Kelakar ok. This year I plan nak ke Alamanda with Shikin and most probably nak invite my 2 friend yang dah lama tak hang out together tu to join us sekali. (En Afnan and En. Nasrol, ada free ka?). I ask the concierge whether Alamanda akan bergelap masa tu? He said not really, few light will still be on, if not takut nanti berlaku kecurian. Betul jugak tu, orang-orang macam ni memang sentiasa menunggu kesempatan.

So to all my friends out there, silalah ke Alamanda cepat-cepat. I know you guys ni setakat RM200 tu senang aje nak achieve dengan make-up stuff and whatnot tu kan. So mari kita sama-sama celebrate Earth Hour at Alamanda wearing the t-shirt. Hmm terlupa pulak if the t-shirt would glow in the dark. Rasanya ye but not really surelah. Tapi tak kisah la glow in the dark ke tidak, yang penting show some support ok.
