Floria Putrajaya

Oh my there’s so many backlog that I haven’t update yet. Got this few important works that need urgent attention. Let see which one I should update first. Hmmm… the Floria’s one first, ok.

This was a fortnight ago. My parents came for a short visit so I took the chance to bring Mak to the Floria. Abah couldn’t make it coz he’s too tired. So we; Mak, Jannah, Ayum and me went to see all the beautiful flower. I really wish Bang Long can join us too coz he got that big camera in which the flower would turn out to be much better that mine.

I’m not really a fan of flower but seeing all that beautiful colourful flower really amazed me. Abah loves flower. I remember back then when we used to live in an army camp, our house was surrounded with bougainvillea (paper flower) of all colour and different shape. Now he’s more into orchid.

Mak bought some small plant (lime trees or something) and a special composite. We didn’t stay long for Jannah wanted to go to Jusco and they’re leaving on the same night.

Something funny happened that evening. We saw the new millennium monument that looks like a rocket. Told Ayum that it is a real rocket builds for the leaders to use in case anything happen. It’ll launch to outer space where there’s a special place for leaders all over the world to go to safeguard themselves in case war or something happen. It’s a plain white lie and this boy believes me. Hehehe…. We were holding hands and were walking towards the monument when Mak said we have to rush to Jusco. So I told him that I’ll bring him to that rocket later, maybe during school holidays. Hopefully he still believes me until then. Hehehe….

Welcome to Floria Putrajaya, I'm your tour guide this evening

For Bang Long on his special day

Today is my big bro 33rd birthday. So this is for him.

As far as I can remember, Bang Long has always been there for me. Growing up, we used to fight with each other over small and silly matter. But being the oldest two who were hold responsible for the bad behavior of the younger ones, I can relate to him as much as he can relate to me. We were there for each other.

We became even closer during our teenage years because we only have each other to shares our sorrow. Life wasn’t easy back then. It was full with stress, heartbreaking moment and all. Being the over-sensitive soul, I can only open up to him since he’s the only one who can understand what I’ve been thru. In between my uncontrollable sobs, I can still hear him say to just cry and let everything out. He would listen to all my grumbles and all and soothed up my heart. Thanks for being such a good listener Bang Long. I never said it then but that is what I felt.

Now that we’re an adult ourselves, we have understood things that we didn’t back then. And he’s still the one I turn to for help. I can never find any other person who is as helpful as my Bang Long. He’s also the most patient people I’ve ever know. He hardly raises his voice and yet when he says something, all the younger ones will quickly obey.

Bang Long hold a special place in my heart. I have high respect towards him. For me, he’s the cleverest among us all in the family. He reads all the heavy stuff that can send me sleepy even within the 1st pages of reading. He loves F1, military stuff, DIY, photography and cooking. He's funny too. A friend of mine used to laugh histerically listening to Bang Long's jokes on one of our rare outing with friends.

I sincerely hope and pray that he’ll be fine and happy and all. And also to finally settle down with the love of his life. It has been way too long; more than 10 years and yet he’s still with her. I know there are reasons for them not to settle down yet. I prayed that Allah would ease all the obstacles an open up the way for my Bang Long and his other half to finally be a happily wedded couples.

On his big day, I pray to Allah to grant him a healthier body, mind and soul, to grant him life that is peaceful and blissful, to ease all the hardship and obstacles put unto him along the way, to open up his heart and guide him to be a better man that is not only loved by us but by Him too and finally to easy the way for his love life. Amin

Happy Birthday Bang Long. I have never said this to you in person but I want you to know that I love you. We all love you.

Special for Syahmi

Dear Syahmi,

Your mommy told me that you loves cartoon so much. She told me that you watch Alvin and the Chipmunk all the time. I’m afraid you’ll grow up talking like them too. Hehehe... Anyway Syahmi, Alvin is not the only cartoon that you should watch. There’s so many cartoon or animated movies that as entertaining as Alvin or even better.

Since your mommy don’t watch animated movies (I guess it’s about time for you to start Nurul), so here I am helping your mommy to pick up some good ones for you to watch. Hopefully you’ll love my selection.

Be a good boy ok. Aunty love and miss you so much. We shall meet again ok.

Things happen for a reason

Due to some unforeseen twist of event, I was forced to go private for 2 days. I need time to think, to mend the broken heart and to gain back my composure. I was away for a week and came back totally excited to update on the lovely journey I had but little did I know something bad, really bad that it tarnished my reputation had happened on that week.

When I started this blog, I just want to write for myself. But then few friends came to know about it and they read it. Although this is a public blog but I don’t have that many readers (from the hit and track back) and the readers are all the same and I know them.

If you know me long enough, you will know that I have difficulties in expressing my anger especially towards those who triggered it. I have very sensitive soul. I don’t like people to shout at me, curse at me or even stares at me with that killing stares. It can hurt so much although you might not notice it coz when I’m sad, I preferred to cry alone (unless when I can’t controlled it anymore). That’s why when I’m saddened with something I won’t talk about it until I can make sure I have control over my tear ducts.

Same goes when I’m angry. I don’t just go and shout or curse at people. The worse thing I said would be stupid and even then it still make me feel bad to utter that word because I myself don’t like to be called stupid. But I’m human, as much as I tried to control my anger (and my mouth) still sometimes things might goes out of control.

Sometimes when friends did or said something hurtful, I’ll write it here. Some friends might notice that it was them that were in the story. Then it was time to talk and discuss and correct what was wrong. But some friends didn’t notice at all but I wouldn’t mind that because like I said earlier, I have this ability to nurse my own heart. And there’s even a whole bunch of friend that didn’t know I have this blog so obviously they might not know that I was hurt by them or angry with them. But it is still ok because once I’ve said things that make me sad or angry; I’ll be bouncing back with my normal happy-go-lucky-self.

So if you might notice, I was so angry over something at work right after I came back from PD. I wrote that in here. I have never expected friend that I trust would show it to others who have never known me but have bad judgment towards me just by reading that one angry entry. One thing leads to another and suddenly I was called by the kay-as-you to his office to discuss about my blog. To be called by that Mr. no 1 over this matter really shocked me but I was calm and managed to stay calm until the end.

I have high respect towards him in handling this matter. Let just kept what he said as a secret but I’m happy with it. The only thing that left me a bit heavyhearted was when he said maybe I should just privatize my blog. There’s something I said in here is quite sensitive but it was not about the angry entry. I said ok and that’s why it went private for 2 days. I tried to put some protection towards that entry but with no avail. So I decided to remove that one sensitive entry and go public again.

These past 2 days has really shaken me. I didn’t sleep at all last Monday. I’ve lost trust and respect towards certain people. I was so sad that I even cried over this supposed to be silly matter. At first I can’t really shared it with friends for not many know I have blog right. But I was shocked on the supports I got from friends who read my blog. And few colleagues who only learn about my blog only on Monday also gave me good support. They said this is my blog and I have right to write anything on it. I can never agree more.

Things happen for a reason. What has happened has happened. Nothing I can do to turn the time back. But I have learnt a lesson too from this incident. Don’t write anything on one particular people and don’t just simply trust people. I know I always said that life is too short to hold grudges against people but I am not a person who can easily forgive and forget. I tend to keep everything in my heart. It might sound bad but that is who I am. However I can assure you that it won’t be long. It’s not easy but I’ll try.

To those who came to this blog only to find fault, you are not invited. If you don’t like what you read or saw here then just please stay away. Concentrate on your own life instead of making other’s miserable.

To those who read this silently, welcome on board. And thanks for your support.

Let just get back on being the bouncing me.

Assembling the bed frame

Last Saturday my family came for a short visit. Bang Long and Eman came too. I was at Eman’s house picking him when Bang Long arrived. Bang Long got excited seeing the unassembled bed frame that he immediately took out everything. At first only Bang Long and me did the assembling for Eman was hooked on the Reader’s Digest. He joined in once he finished the book.

Because of his excited ness, Bang Long kept assembling the stuff the wrong way that we need to reassemble a few times. And they kept saying this “RTFM” words. I wonder what it means so I asked Eman. Read the f*****g manual. Hahaha….

We were halfway thru when they (my family) arrived. Dik Man and Ayum joined in too. I guess it runs in the family. My dad can handle tools very well and we the children too. My dad is sort of MacGyver and Ayum is the MacGyver Jr. My dad got this big toolbox completed with all sort of pliers and what not and Ayum like to do stuff with it. He’s really talented judging by the stuff he made.

That night Dik Man became the first person to sleep on the bed. I slept with Mak at the other room. Since I haven’t bought a suitable mattress yet, I just put the soft mattresses on the bed and sleep on it. It still feels good what.

Asset Management Course

Last Monday we pushed off to Port Dickson around 10.30am. It was still early when we reached there and raining some more. Checked-in, had early lunch and I stayed in my room watching TV while waiting for the participants to arrive. Big bosses came to launch the course and then back to our room again. Can’t really walk at the beach for it was still raining. Our first modules started that night. Although it went on past my usual bedtime but I hardly felt sleepy for the lectures were fun and lively.

Same goes on the second day but with a sunny weather. I’m so fortunate to attend this course for it really gave me a whole new perspective in doing my job. The foods were ok but with not much variety. We finished our class early so that we don’t have to attend lectures at night. Since I don’t planned to dip into neither the seawater nor the pool, I just stay at my room that evening. Later after dinner we walked by the beached and I make calls to home with loud sound of waves splashing at the beach as the background. Snap few photos and went back to my room.

I can’t sleep on the second night for there’s a loud storm. The wind blew strongly and creating a loud sound plus the waves splashing at the beach too. All night long ok. We finished our lectures in the afternoon as planned. Checked-out at 1pm, had lunch and pushed-off to Putrajaya.

Overall the course went smoothly. The hotel was ok; it got really nice view, the foods although limited but were still ok too. But one thing I find intriguing was that how come a 10 storey hotel was given permission to be build right in front of an army camp. From my room, I can see the whole camp and imagine if a spy from other country see that. It can be a national threat you know. But who am I to complaint right for these people will say they knew better.

How I wish Mak and Abah can come and spent they time relaxing at that place while me having the course. If not because of Mak is still working plus the schooling I bet they would come. Every time I go to a nice place, I always wished of the same thing, that my parents and siblings can come together and have fun too.

It was raining when we arrived
